刘默霏 / Mona Leau

艺术家，摄影师。辽宁沈阳人，1998年出生，现居美国波士顿。本科毕业于加州艺术学院摄影系，现为波士顿大学艺术管理系研究生。她的作品来源于拥有过的经历和对世界的思考，运用影像与装置来探索自身与世界之间的连接——它并不是空泛的、对某个概念的输出，而是真实的、有感知的、对痛苦的一种转化。她的作品曾在厦门三影堂摄影艺术中心，深圳空体实验室，厦门北欧当代艺术中心等地展览。

Mona Leau (b. 1998) is a photographer and visual artist, who currently lives in Boston, MA. Graduated from the California Institute of the Arts majored in Photography. Pursuing MS in Art Administration at Boston University. She uses photography and installation to explore the connection between herself and the world -- it is not an empty output of a concept, but an honest, perceptive transformation of pain. Her works have been exhibited in Three Shadows Photography Art Centre, Shenzhen Space Lab, Xiamen Nordic Contemporary Art Center among others.
