Di Wang is a Seattle-based interdisciplinary artist. She graduated with a MFA in Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design. She also received her MA in Southeast Asian Studies from the University of Wisconsin Madison and a BA in Malay Language and Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University. Her works discuss questions about psychology and religion, trauma and healing, body and space. She explores possibilities of art therapy through craft making, literature and theatrical performance. Sculpture, installation, painting and performance are main media of her practice.
